Delivery Options

Shipping to Italy is free for all orders. Legatoria Toscana uses the best operators in the sector to make sure that your order arrives on time. From the Secure Payment page, you will see the item description, the price and everything you need to continue with your order. To take advantage of the shipment in one day, the order must be made from Monday to Friday before 12:00 CET. See the timings below to find out when you will receive your order:

  • Order before 12:00 CET, Monday to Friday
  • Shipping within one business day
  • Order before 12:00 CET on Friday
  • Shipping on the following Monday
  • Order after 12:00 CET, Monday to Friday
  • Shipping in two working days
  • Order after 12:00 CET on Friday, or Saturday and Sunday at any time
  • Shipping on Tuesday

Shipping in one day is available for all orders of products in stock.

Shipping in one day is not available for customized products and for certain types of orders, including those paid by bank transfer. Also it may not be available for some addresses in the following areas: Belluno, Bolzano / Bozen, Calabria, Basilicata, Puglia, Campania, Sardinia and Sicily. If you have doubts, do not hesitate to contact us.

Only for orders over € 342 the signature on delivery is requested. You can follow all online orders from the private area of ​​your account on our site.

Remember that we do not ship to PO boxes.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping address and availability of the products ordered. A signature may be required upon delivery.

After placing your order, you will receive all the details via email.

Order confirmation

The order confirmation email contains a summary of the items ordered. If you have decided to receive one of the articles at home, the order confirmation email will include the address and all the data relating to your order.

Shipping notification

If you choose to receive the ordered item at home, you will receive a shipping notification email when the item leaves our studio. The email contains the name of the courier and the tracking number. By clicking on the tracking number you can track the shipment on the courier's website.

If you purchase a gift certificate, you will receive an email notification when the gift certificate is sent to the recipient.

Reminder for collection

If your item is not collected at the time of delivery, you will receive a reminder, with the stock number.

Estimated shipping and delivery times

Estimated shipping times indicate when the goods should leave our warehouse for delivery. The items included in the order will be shipped as soon as they are created.

  • For example, products bearing the words "Shipping: within 24 hours" are usually shipped from the warehouse within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Products with customizations or tailor-made have longer preparation times, so shipping and delivery will also take longer.

Unless otherwise indicated, all estimated times are calculated in working days.

Follow the order

Deliveries by courier can be followed by the website through your account, every day 24 hours a day.

From the page of your account you can see the current status of your Order, the items ordered and estimated shipping and delivery times, and you can also track the shipment.

Also, depending on the payment method and order status, you can:

  • re-authorize your credit / debit card or update card details;
  • change your email address;
  • change the delivery or billing address;
  • modify the personalization of your product;
  • cancel the order or delete an article;
  • reprint an invoice;
  • start the return of an order or an item in the order.

Deliveries not received

Delivery by courier: if at the time of delivery you are not at home and your signature is required, the courier will leave a notice. You can then contact the courier directly to organize a new delivery during working hours, agree on a particular date or even change the delivery address.

If the delivery date shown in the notification email has already passed and you have not yet received your order, contact us, we will talk to the courier and we will do our best to deliver the goods as soon as possible.

Corriere senza signature: if you are not at home when the order is delivered, the courier could deliver it to your neighbor or leave it in a safe place in the mailbox. The courier will leave a notification on which is reported the neighbor to whom it was delivered or the safe place where your parcel was left.

Orders damaged or defective

In case of damage occurred during delivery, we will contact the courier directly to solve the problem as soon as possible and with the least possible inconvenience on your part. We will do our best to inform you about the progress of our investigation and, if it proves appropriate, we will send you a replacement.
